I’m a Clinical Psychologist with experience in private practice and the NHS. I take a flexible, integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Therapy.
My work is collaborative, practical and personalised, delivered in a warm and safe space where you can feel supported. I enjoy helping clients understand themselves, explore their experiences and discover practical ways to make meaningful changes in their lives.
What makes my approach a little different is that I bring curiosity and creativity to therapy. With a background in art, I enjoy helping people look at their challenges from new perspectives. Therapy with me is guided by your values, so it’s tailored to you as an individual.
Clients often comment on the warmth and rapport I create in sessions. I aim to make therapy a space where you feel understood, safe and able to explore yourself openly.
